REFUND POLICY
In general terms, all campaign contributions to The Committee
To Elect Judge Culpepper are DONATIONS and are considered final and non-refundable once the transfer of funds has occurred.
HOWEVER, The Committee is also bound by West Virginia Campaign Finance Laws and Regulations. Consequently, contributions which
do not comply with those laws, and which cannot be brought into compliance by the collection of additional information, may
have to be returned. For example, The Committee To Elect Judge Culpepper cannot accept donations from corporations under any
circumstances. Any donation from a corporation must be returned to the donor. Additionally, individuals cannot give more than
$1,000 for the primary election plus $1,000 for the general election. Funds in excess of those amounts must be returned. Moreover,
we cannot accept anonymous donations. If we cannot find out who gave the donation it must be turned over to the state. Additionally,
cash donations in excess of $50 must be returned.
